By creating an account or using ArtSketch Guide ("the Service," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
ArtSketch Guide is a tool that helps you turn photographs into step-by-step painting guides. The Service provides a reference drawing, extracted color palette, and written instructions to help you paint — it does not paint for you. Results are generated based on your chosen settings and are intended as creative guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts using another person's identity, use automated methods to create accounts, or share a single account among multiple people for the purpose of avoiding payment.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of the photos you upload and the guides generated from them. By uploading a photo, you grant ArtSketch Guide a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any photo you upload. We are not responsible for content you upload.
When you make a guide public via a share link, you grant other users the right to view it. You can revoke public sharing at any time from your gallery.
The free plan allows you to save up to 30 guides in your gallery. Additional guides require an active subscription. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits with reasonable notice.
ArtSketch Guide offers paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Stripe.
Billing. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep premium access until then and will not be charged again.
Refunds. We offer a 7-day refund on your first subscription charge if you are unsatisfied. After that, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge at legal@imagetoartbrush.com — update before launch.
Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. You can cancel before the change takes effect.
ArtSketch Guide, its logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by ArtSketch Guide and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission, except as expressly allowed by these terms.
Your content remains yours — see Section 5 above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that guides will meet your expectations as a finished artistic result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArtSketch Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or damages resulting from guides that do not meet your expectations.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Upon termination, your gallery content will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of your state — update before launch.
